Private managed rentals, at a price you can afford

We at MS Rentals California are dedicated to bringing quality housing to qualified tenants. All rentals are single family homes and we typically have one available every 6 months to a year. We currently manage 6 properties.

All leases are 1 year long, and a $50 non refundable application fee will be charged for all applicants. Service animals are always welcome at our properties and small animals (dogs no larger than 65 lbs) are subject to individual approval.
